ERP user Steps
The first phase of our projects is devoted to UX Design, a method focused on business expectations and the user journey. It makes it possible to define together the precise scope of the project, to prioritize the functionalities and to validate the application ergonomics in order to secure the developments.
Development of an ERP
Our project teams, made up of a Product Owner and developers, carry out your tailor-made application projects. They are based on Agile project management where the team self-organizes to deliver a testable version of the application every 2 weeks.
Update management
We make sure that we control our adherence to new tools through a permanent change management process. To do this, we integrate the referent users in the UX Design workshops upstream, in application recipes as the project progresses, and in training carried out at the end of the project.
